Terms of Sale
Payment – We accept all major credit/ debit cards through PayPal, you can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Sales – After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via email. Please ensure all of the details are correct and inform us about any delivery issues i.e. property is difficult to find. Please keep your order confirmation safe as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery – Once your item is complete, we will contact you to arrange the delivery – please see our full delivery terms here
Product description – Every effort is made to ensure that the items we make correspond as closely as possible to the images, but due to the handmade nature of our products there might be slight variations. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations. These could include, but are not limited to, differences in markings/ textures in the wood, unevenness of individual planks, differences in colour or dimensions of products (within 3cm of those stated). If the size is critical, please advise at the time of sale.
Returns – We cannot accept returns of any piece for any of the reasons mentioned above. If in the rare event an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange to collect the damaged item and organise a replacement. We reserve the right to offer a replacement in lieu of a refund.
Cancellation of Order – Made-to-Order items may be cancelled with 7 days of the order date. Refunds will only be made if you advise within 7 days as after this time the item will go into production and the order will be final with no refunds available.
